1.Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color,contact us.
2.If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item,it’s okay,just conatct us.

1.If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.
2.The shipping fee and reshipping fee need to be paid by customers..(
If is our problem, such as the wrong color, damaged goods, wrong products, etc., we will pay the freight.)

1.You can return any item except customized items for a refund, within 10 days of receiving your original order.


1. Your requests must be received within 10 days after you received the package by email, otherwise we will not accept.
2. Must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair – and must have the tags intact and attached.
3.We try hard to accept all exchanges and returns, but if an item is returned to us broken, we don’t accept exchange or return.
4. We can not offer refund for sake of late remittance for your order. If you decide to order, please choose correct payment method according to your event date.


Step 1:
Send us an email within 10 days after you receive the package.Please include the following information
Email address(used when placing the order)
Order Number (your order number can be found on your Order details).
If you’d like an exchange: The size or alternative item you would like in exchange.

Step 2:
Once we receive your email,we will check whether the items can be exchanged or returned.
We will reply you with the return address.

Important Note: For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered Epacker or others. Please be sure to keep your receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non- traceable method.

Step 3:
Once received , your exchange or return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification confirming your exchange or return has been processed.Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return.
